DMCA Policy
Skillet Lasagna With Butternut Noodles respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Skillet Lasagna With Butternut Noodles service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our designated Copyright Agent identified below.

- Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
Deliver this notice, with all items completed, to Skillet Lasagna With Butternut Noodles's Designated Copyright Agent.
DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting a written notification to our Copyright Agent designated above. Pursuant to the DMCA, the Counter-Notification must include substantially the following:
- Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- Provide your name, address, and telephone number.
- Include the following statement: "I consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Skillet Lasagna With Butternut Noodles may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement or an agent of such person."
- Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
- Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly provide the complaining party with a copy of the counter-notification and inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. Unless our Designated Copyright Agent receives notice from the complaining party that an action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on our system, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification, at our sole discretion.
