DMCA Policy

Skillet Lasagna With Butternut Noodles respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Skillet Lasagna With Butternut Noodles service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our designated Copyright Agent identified below.

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of such notice, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Site and/or termination of the user's account.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

To file a notice of infringement with us, you must provide a written communication that sets forth the items specified below. Please note that you will be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you knowingly misrepresent that material or activity is infringing your copyrights.

  1. Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this notice, provide a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.
  2. Identify the material or link you claim is infringing (or the subject of infringing activity) and to which access is to be disabled, including at a minimum, if applicable, the URL of the link shown on the Site or the exact location where such material may be found.
  3. Provide your company affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
  4. Include both of the following statements in the body of the notice:
    • "I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use)."
    • "I hereby state that the information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
  5. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Deliver this notice, with all items completed, to Skillet Lasagna With Butternut Noodles's Designated Copyright Agent.

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting a written notification to our Copyright Agent designated above. Pursuant to the DMCA, the Counter-Notification must include substantially the following:

  • Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • Provide your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Include the following statement: "I consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Skillet Lasagna With Butternut Noodles may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement or an agent of such person."
  • Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
  • Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly provide the complaining party with a copy of the counter-notification and inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. Unless our Designated Copyright Agent receives notice from the complaining party that an action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on our system, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification, at our sole discretion.
